Hope for Children International (HOCI) proposes a comprehensive “Theory of Change” to resolve Cameroon’s recurrent post-electoral crises, moving the nation from conflict to sustainable political stability. This framework, presented on November 3, 2025, addresses deep-seated tensions stemming from authoritarian governance, a flawed electoral system, ethno-political divisions, marginalization, and the lack of a clear leadership transition plan.
